It is the easiest thing in the world- really. You basically unscrew the old one and screw in the new one.
We bought ours at home depot, I think for right around $100. The Allen wrench we needed was in the box. We also used some Teflon tape around the top.

I've got my boss working with me the rest of this week so I'm not gonna buy anything or attempt this until this weekend.
