  • Thanks ladies! So day one on food tracking (I have not done this for a long time) HOLY CRAP! Well I ate about 300 more calories than it reccomended for my weightloss goals but I'm still BF so I don't know how to make it count for that.

  • hallamb, I would go in and manually adjust your calories to make sure the range is right. I know when I started, it gave me a ridiculously low range (1200), so I manually adjusted my range to 1800.
  • That's a good idea. Is there a way to show your daily intake of all vitamins? I saw you could only add two more things to look at in addition to carbs, fats and protein...
