Mom Update

Hi everyone, I finally got an update on my mom today. She went in for the results of her bipsy and her brain tumor is indeed cancer. They said its a stage 4 which is the highest grade, highly malignant, aggressive and life threatening. I'm dealing alright with the news, just saddened that I'm not able to be with my mom everyday (she lives a 8-10 hr plane ride away). From what I took away from the conference call with the dr, she does have some things working on her side, she is younger, they managed to remove most of the tumor during the biopsy and she recovered extremely well neurologically from the biopsy. Please send your thoughts and prayers to her. It's going to be a long road of treatment and recovery.

I have been thinking about you and praying for your mom and your family. Thanks for the update. What a difficult thing to go through. My thoughts and prayers are with you, DH, your mom and dad, and your entire family. That is so hard you live so far away from her. :-(
