Need OB/GYN Rec in Alexandria area
Hi Ladies! DH and I have talked about TTC soon, and I'd like to get a head start on finding a good OB/GYN. I don't have a GP to consult and have only lived here for a year, so I'm kind of in the dark. I did go to Physicians for Women in Alexandria once last year for my annual pap, but I didn't love my experience. I know I could go back there if necessary, but I was wondering if any of you have any good recommendations? FWIW, the Old Town area would be ideal. TIA!
Re: Need OB/GYN Rec in Alexandria area
Physicians and Widwives on Seminary near Alexandria Hospital is where I go. No babies for me, but the pregnant women there seem happy :-)
I like that they have some younger docs (female) seem to be in tune with what I want. The midwives were great, and I preferred seeming them for my annual until insurance said no.
I never have to wait that long for my appointment, which I've heard about other docs in the area.
