Favorite Online Stores - Clothing/Shoes

Please recommend your favorite online stores for women's clothing and shoes.  I need to buy a few new things for work.  I shop Express a lot and I need new options.  I usually do Zappos or DSW for shoes.  I need heeelp!  Plus if you can recommend any outfits or must have items, please post them and where to get them!

TIA ladies!

Re: Favorite Online Stores - Clothing/Shoes

  • Endless for shoes!

I LOVE Ann Taylor for work, but their sizing is weird on me so I don't (or didn't) really shop online with them. But they have great stuff...

    Banana Republic is nice too.

And how can I forget my all time love, JCrew!:)

  • I second endless for shoes. Their search engine is fabulous.

    I love modcloth.

  • I'm no help because 99% of my stuff is from Express. It's really the only store that fits me well every time. I just got their new wide band editor pants and I LOOOOOVE them. They suck in my muffin top. I'm guessing you don't have one though bc you're teeny tiny :-)
Baby, you've got the sort of eyes that tell me tales...

OMG, ditto.  I have 4 pairs of the wide band ones, love them.  I only bought Editor pants before becuase I loved the fit, but now the wide band ones?  Amazing.

    So they're worth the price-tag?

absolutely.  I always wait until I have a coupon for them too, makes the sting a little easier.  If you aren't on their mailing list, I probably have some coupons I can send you.

But, I've always loved Express's dress pants.  They've been the only ones that have ever fit me and my long legs right.  So perhaps my opinion should be taken with a grain of salt.  But they last forever and wash great.  Only thing I've ever had to do was re-hem them (after several washes, the hem starts to fall out).  But I just use iron hem tape and they're good.

  • Ditto Express Editor pants.  With a coupon or buy one get one half off is when I buy them.  They're the best dress pants for my short little legs too so I think their sizing is just great.  I have one pair of the wide waist band and need more!!  Amazing and really does hide the muffin top!

I haven't bought from modcloth yet because everytime I see something I like it's not my size.  :(

  • Oh, I thought of another suggestion: Victoria's Secret. I buy a lot of my work clothes from there. They're having a great sweater sale right now.

I love Victoria Secret sweaters but I confess I've never. Bought any because I'm sure my bewbs will look even tinier because of my image of busty women wearing them
