Lindsay, Nov, TSD--Week of Jan 30
This is when I will be there for my training. I'll have a mandatory dinner one evening but i don't know when, if I had to guess it would be Tuesday? (I am waiting for confirmation from the person planning the training) If you prefer Monday or Wednesday of that week let me know, I'm having dinner with some other folks on the other night but you all get first dibs. ;-)
I'm staying in midtown, on 7th. Very close to MSG. My co-workers can load me on a train to meet you city slickers wherever you like.

We (Nov and I) can probably come to you. Easy to get up there from where we work, and that's a decent spot for us to get home. Also decent for TSD, assuming she drives in via the Lincoln Tunnel.
Now I gotta brainstorm locations....
TSD, will you be solo, or will E be joining us? If the latter, I think we can try to find something more kid friendly than the Four Seasons

Southern Hospitality? I've been to the UES one, but not the Hell's Kitchen one. It's good. Not my #1 BBQ in the city (that's Blue Smoke), but top 5, for sure.

Actually, I might campaign for Rare Chelsea. Yes, it's in a hotel, but don't let that fool you. Great location for everyone, great spot for drinks and eats, not going to kill a budget. I'm going to call and see if the rooftop bar is heated/enclosed for winter, b/c if so I think that's the clincher.
ETA: nevermind, another click and the website tells me it is heated and open year round.
