So, I can?t remember all of what I told you guys from when DL was around at Christmas, but I?ve got some more to tell.
You know how I?ve been trying to be like ?No, I think he?s actually a nice person, just has issues, blah blah.? Not so much anymore, he?s a dink and I want to kick him in the junk.
When he moved out, my mom told him he had to take his dogs (this is reasonable, obviously). And apparently he was all huffy about it. The dogs were a big point of contention in their relationship anyway, because he bought them, didn?t train them properly, and then didn?t do ANYTHING to take care of them. Like, nothing, my mom was expected to do it all. So since moving out, he?s been staying temporarily with a friend who has dogs. Apparently he was all snarky with my mom about how the dogs were doing so much better now that his friend was helping with training ? as if it was her fault they weren?t trained properly or her responsibility to do so! GAH!
AND, he was guilting her, because apparently now he is going to give the dogs away to family members. So? now that my mom is refusing to take care of your dogs, you?re giving them away and blaming her? JUST TAKE CARE OF YOUR EFFING DOGS, HOW HARD IS THAT? I feel awful for them, because they are seriously such sweet little dogs ? but they just haven?t been properly trained, and now they are going to feel all scared and abandoned, and they?ll be split up.
ANNND, remember how they were discussing a Hawaii trip at Christmas, much to all of our chagrin. GET THIS. As part of his guilting, to ?punish? my mom about the dog thing, he called and canceled their trip! Holy sh*t I am LIVID just thinking about this again!
But guess what? My mom decided to be awesome for once and was like ?Alright then.? And called up a girl friend from work and booked a trip to Hawaii with her instead. GO MOM.
Ya?lls needs to get ready, because the next time I see that guy, things will be said.

I can't BELIEVE he called and cancelled the trip.
Go JensMom, though! Way to show some balls. Now she just needs to keep them and break up with him.

The over Christmas when my sisters went home, he was there. And there were like "uhh..?" So they haven't actually been officially back together, but aren't completely over either obviously. He's still not living there anymore, and I'm hoping this dog and trip business will be enough for my mom to cut him out for good, though I'm sure it won't be.
I have no idea, HT. All of this info is second hand from my sisters. I'm assuming she semi stood up for herself, probably something like "Well.. it's not just up to me.." or something like that, when she should have said "Maybe you can eat a bag of diccks."
ETA: I'm sure that was her response to him once it was all said and done. I know that while he and the dogs were still there she was constantly saying "you need to train them, you wanted them" etc. and he always just brushed her off, or didn't really respond. Douche.
I was just wondering how he would explain that. Has he bothered to train his bird?
No idea.
HT, sorta? He lets it out of it's cage sometimes - but it's wings are clipped I think so it can't full on fly away I think - just flutter around.
