As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Fighting Insurance Paid off!
We've been dealing with a mess of insurance issues for DD's birth for well over a year now. I've filed two appeals and the hospital's billing office has been super helpful in providing information for us to do so. Finally they contacted the insurance company one last time and got the bills settled to where we win big. I'm so glad all of the headache has paid off!

I totally agree and had just about given up. It's exhausting and stressfull dealing with them especially when it's for a lot of money.
