Ok, either I am a giant newb or the search function is not working. I was looking for the post about the baby jogger select and cant find it. Can someone either direct me to it or answer this for me..
I had thought someone had spoke of using BB&B coupons at buybuybaby. They apparently dont work on baby jogger...
How do your children not constantly kick each other in the back or chest depending on placement?
Is it a pain to detatch the second seat each time you fold and unfold?
For quite a while I plan on having an infant seat up top and regular seat down bottom. Do you still have to remove the lower seat when folding, even if there is no seat or infant seat up top?
I was told that all the car seats have to not only set into the infant seat adapter but have to be strapped in. Is this a pain?
Any other tips/hints about this would be great, as I am pretty sure I am purchasing it this evening.
Re: Baby Jogger Select Post
Here is the City Select on amazon...

A few friends of mine have the City Mini (the side by side version) and rave about it. I went to BBB and checked out both in person and I think I'm going to go with the City Mini. It's super easy to fold, fits in my trunk (without having to take anything apart), drives like a beauty, and it's not very wide so I'm not too worried about mall shopping being an issue. Honestly, I'm not sure how often I'll be venturing out to the mall by myself with 2 of them anyway, and if I do chances are someone will be with me if I need to browse a store that the stroller won't fit in.

The only way to get a discount on either of them at BRU or BBB is too add them to a registry and then wait for the registry completion coupon.
We have the Select. I LOVE IT! You can only get a completion discount on it which is 15% at BBB.
C is in infant carrier and J is in seat in front with tray. I have an SUV and don't take anything off it wen I put it in my car, I just fold and place in. In other cars you may have to take off seat which is a piece of cake. I had a huge bag for it when i still drove the pick up truck only because I didn't want it scratched up from rolling in the bed of the truck.
If you want to meet at Galleria one day and try it out with different attachments let me know;) love shopping and would love to see you again!
I was hoping you were around to post : ) I knew you loved yours and had you in mind when deciding between city mini and select. I went down to BBB today and drove them both with LB in them. She seemed to like it and I liked how both rode, but the select is much more practical because of its width. Thanks for answering my questions, pretty sure this is what I am going with. Now to pick a carseat to go with it. We were set on the britax that matched LB's but it isnt on the list of stuff that fits. I beleive we are going to go with a chicco. I have to decide tonight but I would still love to make time to meet & shop!!
Did you try to put one in there? Honestly I feel the infant seat adaptors are BS. I have the Chicco adaptor and don't feel like it is any different then any other adaptor. Like the Snap & Go. I used a Graco one with my chicco, it just sits in. The adaptor DOES have a strap but I never have used it personally. So you will probably be fine and DON'T have to buy a new carseat. Again JMO but if your carseat fits in a snap & go then it should fit in the adaptor. Saves money.
Thanks! LB had a graco but I sent it back to the company when she was about 8 months old and in her convertible. The strap used to tighten the harness was fraying and I was PO'ed. They sent me a check for a partial amount.
Due to that fact and the clips that the graco base comes with to secure it to the LATCH in the car (huge pieces of crap and difficult to use), we will be trying a chicco this time because I have heard good things about them.
