New Dance Moms on at 9pm!

Re: New Dance Moms on at 9pm!

  • Me.  Embarrassed

I just started watching this on Sunday during the marathon.  It's a train wreck.

  • I started watching after the marathon too but I am watching right now. It is SUCH a train wreck, but Abby is really annoying me this episode with all her comments about Holly working.
  • I also got sucked in during the marathon and I was horrified at this week's episode. I don't know if it's just the editing or what but it seems like the conflicts with the mothers and Abby go from 0 to 60 in about 2 seconds!
  • Thanks, you reminded me to set the DVR!

  • I was watching an episode on Sunday and was shocked!  The one girl was complaining she wasn't feeling well and thought she was going to throw up, yet she had to continue to practice!?    Looks like we all were watching the marathon on Sunday...haha
  • Am I the only one who agrees with Abby? These girls WANT to be professional dancers, they CHOSE to follow this path. This is what it takes. You have to be there no matter what. Yes, it's hard, and she's hard on them. But that's how true professionals are made. You don't get anything by whining and taking the easy way.

I agree. I danced for years and wouldn't have gotten anywhere by crying and not practicing.

Not all these girls WANT to dance, that's the problem.

She is way too mean to them.  You don't do that to children.  You can be tough without being mean.
