  • I love working out in the afternoon but more often than not it becomes and evening work out. I do not love morning workouts.

  • I like the morning most because then I feel good the rest of the day and feel I can eat mostly anythign guilt free cause if I eat more than I want, I can work out again.

    I also like mornings cause it means I have the rest of my day free free free!

    But, I have not been able to get up before 6PM since we got married. Somehow, it was a lot easier when I was living alone.

  • I choose SS because I normally never workout.. lately I've been starting to force myself to go for a walk every day because of my back bothering me and walking being good!

  • At the university gym i liked to work out late, then soak in the hot tub.  For some reason i only like the hot tub after dark, so night it is.

    With my current schedule, i like to w/o in the morning so i don't have to get ready (makeup and the like) twice, and the gym is closed when i get home from work.  With a normal schedule (730-330ish) schedule and i don't have a hot tub available i work out in the afternoon.

  • My favorite time to work out is the afternoon because I'm not really a morning person (no matter how much I try lol), and by the time I'm off work, the idea of working out just sounds awful.  The downside is that I work 830-6 weekdays, so I rarely actually work out then.
  • If I had my way, I'd work out in the morning because it gets it overwith. I love to be able to come home from work and just veg out. Plus, working out gives me energy, so it helps me get through my day easier. Once we get the hang of getting out the door with M in the morning, I may start this up.

  • i used to be a first thing in the morning gym rat, but with my new work schedule. Ive been doing a lunchtime run and that works out well. 
  • My fav time to work out is in the morning, but I can't wake up early enough to go the gym too. currently i do the 30ds in the morning and go to the gym after work.

    TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

    That IS late. Converted to night shift, eh?

    For me, I prefer the afternoons because, well, I am SO not a morning person, and waking up early to work out is not exactly the best motivator for me. :P Not to mention, I feel better working out if I've had a chance to drink ~20-40oz of water and eat a meal or two beforehand; if I don't do those things, I feel really ill.

    Of course, basically 36wks along, I'm not doing anything strenuous anymore. :P Hauling laundry downstairs is my weight training! haha.
