Antique jewelry appraisal
I have some antique jewelry coming to me and would like to get it appraised before I pop it into a safe deposit box. Anyone have any recs as to a good and reputable place to go? These are family pieces so I would want to stay while they are appraised, even if that means several trips.

Just talked to my dad - the guy's info is in his safety deposit box, so he's going to go get it for me tomorrow. The man is based out of Ft Collins but my dad thinks he works in Denver too. I'll PM the info to you tomorrow!

I just had several pieces of jewelry appraised. The guys name is Lance Painter, his number is 970-225-0225. He was recommended to me by one of the jewelry stores in ft Collins. Very professional.
He came to my house and set up his work station at my kitchen table. He did all the work at my house and charged $99/hr. I had 5 pieces appraised and it took him a little over 2 hours.
