The bed conversion dilemma

We are waiting as loonggg as we can to put Cole in a "big boy" bed but I have started researching mattresses.  I have decided to go with an organic mattress and since they are pricey I am trying to decide if I should just go ahead and get a full size.  Obviously this is personal preference, but it would help to know if anyone either regretted not getting larger or smaller!  I won't go any larger than full b/c floor space is too valuable!

Re: The bed conversion dilemma

  • we were going to go straight to a full-size bed that was DS could grow in to it and ultimately have the bed longer (potentially).   However since we are doing some remodeling at out house DS has been sleeping in the guest room with a queen bed.  He has done great so now we are considering just going straight to queen.   it won't leave a ton of room in his bedroom, but I try to minimize toys and stuff in there anyway.
  • Katen and Ana both went to full size beds without troubles. Katen's is Queen size. Ana's is twin currently. No regrets.  :)
