i weighed myself yesterday and i lost half a lb. i worked hard last week so it was depressing.. and to mention that the previous week i lost 8lbs. fml.

however, i worked out every day, did 30ds and cardio every day. and zumba 2 days. i can feel my body changing, i definitely have more muscle and things are situating interestingly. so i'm giving it another week without truly up. it was so depressing to see the scale barely move.

hopefully the muscle will help burn more calories. i think i should try the carb thing..

better luck next week.. i had a feeling though. i feel skinnier though.

I didn't know if you'd see my response if I posted it in the other thread...but I wanted to say something.  You don't normally watch "Biggest Loser," right?  On the ranch, the trainers always tell the contestants that after a big week, it's very common to lose very little weight (or no weight at all...or even to gain!).  It's just the way the body works sometimes.

Tonight would probably be a great night for you to watch (it's on right now). It's week 2, which, historically, is a bad week for the contestants on the scales.  Most BL contestants lose a lot their first week, because they make such a huge lifestyle change that first week.  But the second week, a lot of the contestants really struggle to lose anything, despite the fact that they're being super careful with their food and they're working their a$$es off every day in the gym!

So don't give up!!!  I'm sure it really sucked to see that number on the scale not really move, but it will move again if you just keep at it!  You can do it!
