Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My new home!!
OMG!! It feels so good to finally be able to say that. We had been under contract with our "old" home since October 1st!! We finally signed over the house on 1/6/12!! And move into our new home in Litchfield!!
It has been quite the process and whirlwind! We have so many different emotions...happy, joy, sad, angry, fustration and finally JOY!!
Our "old" house was being bought by someone that was using the RDA Direct loan, which is a low income home loan. It was a nightmare for us but we understand why they were so picky. We ended having to come down only $2000 on the price but ended spending nearly $3000 in repairs!
While all that was happening, we were house hunting. We found the perfect house for us and Preston. It is a gorgeous open-concept ranch in Litchfield with 3 bedrooms and a whole lot of room!! I have posted pictures on my Facebook.
Now just begins the process of cleaning, painting and unpacking!! So happy to finally be in our new home.....
