Mine's a girl - we did a refi with her last year. I sent out 3 emails to different brokers, and she was the one that responded the fastest and got me a quote with my info I provided (one didn't respond at all, and the other got me quotes on things I specifically said I didn't want in my email). She communicated well, and I had a really good experience.

We used David Krichmar for our refinance when I was extremely pregnant and in a hurry to get it done. I had no complaints. Everything was smooth and easy, and his communication was excellent day or night.

This is who we used. I agree, his communication is awesome. I'm not sure anyone else gives that much personal attention to each one of their clients.

I, unfortunately, did not use Doug and can give you a list of who not to use. That said, we had a laundry list of issues that Doug helped us out with despite the fact we didn't use him. He was great to us.
We've used David twice and would definitely recommend!
DH used to do loans and has a friend still in the business. All of our friends and family use him (as do DH's old clients that have called him for new homes/refis).
