Wow, easier than I thought. Gotta love an organized file cabinet.
We used B&B Chimney Sweeps on Maryland. Ph# 774-0027.
I called them because a bird got in and was driving the dog nuts; I wanted it removed before it died and wasn't about to do it myself (this was the day before DS was born, LOL).
They cleaned from chimney to fireplace and installed a cap on the chimney, all for less than $300.

I found the card for the guy we used:
"The Chimney Sweep" is the business name, guys name is Tom Tainter. Number is 453-8400/ Very thorough, explained to DH the whole time, I think the cleaning and inspection was under $150.
And bonus, he came wearing a top hat and coat with tails, like a true chimney sweep! LOL
