No, lol, no frosting. He makes swirls in the dough though. When he makes the dough he rolls them out flat, one dough colored, one red or green. Then he lays them on top of each other and rolls them into a long log. Put in the fridge overnight and then you slice them off the log to bake. Kind of like what they sell in the store. But yeah, insanely delish!
Since March, I think. I lost about 30 pounds in the first 3 months. But, then I have not been as strict about it and I also plateaued. I've been gaining and losting the same 5 pounds since. Yes, you buy there food and then supplement w/ fruits and veggies. The food is fine, but you get sick of it after a while. And I haven't been exercising, which would obviously help. And it's pretty expensive, especially over time. If I would've been strict this whole time, I would've lost the weight and been done.
