Baby Gifts
What are your favorite baby gifts to give or to receive? A friend just had her third child (a little boy) and she is all set with clothes and supplies. I was thinking something personalized, but not from PBK (she and her Mom sent lovely gifts from there for J and I would like to do something different). One of my favorite gifts is the name book from LL Bean, but shipping/personalizing takes so long. Does anyone have any suggestions?

we received personalized large zippered tote bags for the girls when they were born that i use often. Ava's was from LLBean, and Sam's is my friend's company.

I love giving the book "Baby 411" to new Mom's. It covers everything and I found it so incredibly helpful. I ran out and bought "Toddler 411: when A turned 1 and I refer to it all the time.
Baby 411 is my bible! I love it! I am def going to buy toddler 411..

We got a monogrammed blanket (wool) thats gorgeous from twinkle toes in Rye (I feel like you go to westchester from time to time) its so pretty Im almost afraid to use it. We also got a silver bootie thats a bank with pink and white ribbon laces that was personalized from online- ill have to get it to double check the site.
