Anyone live in an apt complex and would let me rent their clubhouse??? :)
We are trying to find a nice clubhouse to rent for my baby shower, for around 50 people that has a small kitchen and lots of seating and tables. Anyone live somewhere that has this and is willing to let me rent it?

I'm pretty sure this is where my friend had her shower at as well and I think she knew someone that lived there, but I don't think you had to to rent it...not sure of the name of them though.
My cousin had her baby shower last month at Hy-Vee...seems random and weird, but the one at Shadowlake actually has a party room you can use for this and I wasn't able to go, but my mom said it was really nice! I assume they had food from there, but not sure if any of the other hy-vee near you have this option? Maybe 180th? or what the the cost was.

I have a friend who had hers at one of the HyVee's...maybe 76th and Cass? Anyway, it was really nice and was perfect for that size.
I'd offer my apt clubhouse, which has a full kitchen, but there is like 1 couch for seating, so that wouldn't work!
