I'm currently in the 7th circle of hell.
My #1 pet peeve is gum popping. My big boss (direct boss' supervisor) pops her gum on a daily basis. And it's LOUD - you can hear it down the hall.
Boss was walking around popping her gum earlier.
Now cube-neighbor is popping hers.
It's times like this I wish we could wear headphones. But I can't. So I've turned up the Linkin Park. Bonus: It's drowning out cube-neighbor's annoying music. 
ETA: All this while reviewing every payment made in 2011 for 1099s. Ugh.

I'm sorry, gum is not appropriate in the work place.
I'll be honest, I can't chew gum without being obnoxious, so guess what? I don't chew gum.
At least maybe their breath doesn't stink...though the smell of bubble gum makes me gag.
You are in cubes but can't wear headphones, but you CAN play music?
Now THAT sounds like my version of hell.
