Curious about hardcore vegans
Do they/are they ok about beast feeding their baby? I just remember a story about a couple who were vegans, and their baby got taken away because it was way under weight, they were only feeding it coconut milk or some schit like that .
Re: Curious about hardcore vegans
This is how tired I am yet I am still trying to do work.... (I should stop) I thought this said curious about hardcore vaginas. true story.
My friend had a daycare. The baby was really small/ underweight. She cried most of the day because she was hungry. The mom didn't produce enough milk but refused to supplement with formula because she wanted to breastfeed. My friend asked and explained how hungry the baby was and she needed more milk. Mom would only bring small amounts of breast milk. One time my friend asked if she could feed the child food and the mom brought left over breadsticks from Olive Garden (yet formula was not allowed) It got to the point that my friend didn't know what to do so she gave the child formula while it was in her care. She didn't tell mom but didn't want the child to be hungry.
If I really felt like a baby wasn't being fed I'd call CPS. What if that baby had reacted in a bad way? Allergic or something. It would be on the daycare and without getting consent you could be in deeeeep siht if something happened.
As far as vegans go, I would think most would breastfeed because the can "control" what is in the milk through their own diet. Don't know though because I've never been interested in vegan ism. There's a reason that we have the kinds of teeth that we have.
And then you made me curious so I googled. My guess is that this explains it best.
