I couldn't seem to find a post about this episode. I just finished watching it right now.
WTF is up with Deb being in love with Dexter?
I can't believe she saw him kill Colin Hanks! I knew it was bound to happen at some point. But ahhhhhh!

In the books, she finds out about Dexter a lot sooner.
I think the "in love" thing is more of a set-up as to explain why she ends up protecting his secret next season. But still.... creepy.

There was a post last month / after the final episode. I'm more than happy to continue discussing it though
I wasn't surprised really but I'm annoyed about having to wait until September for the next season.
They have always been setting it up for Deb to find out. Like when she let Lumen and Dexter go because she agreed with what they were doing. And when she told her therapist that she would kill the shooter in the club again, etc. And did she say something along the line of they shouldn't even look for the BHB?
The crush is just going to be make her even less inclined to turn on him.
