Just been busy taking care of my Dad, (he had surgery on his sinuses) this week. Hope you ladies are well. I will be back on more soon.

    Doing okay, just a little tired. I been sleeping in the same bed I slept in as a kid, and it is not as comfortable as I remember. My dad wishes for a fast recovery too, but he is doing well. How are you doing? I love your siggy picture BTW.

    I can definitely understand the childhood bed thing as well. Hopefully you aren't there too long! What did he have done to his sinuses?

    I am good...my mom had knee replacement surgery yesterday and my husband blew out his ACL and needs a full replacement, which will be done around the beginning of Feb. other than that, life is good :).

    Liz, they basically went in and scraped out his nose and sinuses. There was a lot of scar tissue, which is strange because he never had surgery on it before, and some polyps. He says he feels like his whole face has been scraped off. 

    I am sorry to hear about your H's ACL. Owie. And I hope both him and your mom recover fast.

    My dad has had that done like 3 times, Jessie. It's no fun. He gets a tampon-esque bandage shoved up his nose. 

    My dad is having surgery Friday on his knee again :.

    Yeah, they packed his nose pretty well, and we took him to get it out today. Poor guy.

     

    Yikes. I hope your dad's surgery goods well, and he recovers very quickly.
