Another day at work, so eating with my patients in the cafe:
B- whole wheat english muffin, peanut butter, fruit, green tea
L- Root vegetable/lentil stew with naan
D- veggie burger on wheat, avocado, lettuce and tomato with a side of roasted cauliflower
E- 60 minute heated vinyasa flow
B - kids sized Clif bar and a sugar free pudding cup
S - probably a caramel flavored steamed milk from the coffee shop
L - unknown, something from the cafeteria
S2 - celery & grapes
D - Not sure. Probably end up eating cereal
E - rest day
B- Upset stomach again, so maybe some grapes
L- Healthy Choice mixers
S- whatever I have handy
D- Inlaws..so who the hell knows.
E- Work
B- Nutella on whole wheat toast
L-Smart Ones meal
S- 1/2 SBD bar
E- 1 hour Zumba
D-Not sure, probably whole wheat pasta w/tomato sauce and veggies
B - Vitamin shake, coffee, Special K and skim milk
L - Hommade chicken salad with tomato and lettuce on a roll-up
S- red grapes
D- Chicken Francese and linguini
E- Cardio kickboxing
B- PBJ shakeology
L- ?
D- chicken with creamy chive sauce and salad
E- Fire 30 or HIIT 20
B: hot tea, kashi bar
S: coffee
L: leftover seafood pasta, small salad
