Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • Another day at work, so eating with my patients in the cafe:

    B- whole wheat english muffin, peanut butter, fruit, green tea

    L- Root vegetable/lentil stew with naan

    D- veggie burger on wheat, avocado, lettuce and tomato with a side of roasted cauliflower

    E- 60 minute heated vinyasa flow

  • B - kids sized Clif bar and a sugar free pudding cup Sad

    S - probably a caramel flavored steamed milk from the coffee shop

    L - unknown, something from the cafeteria

    S2 - celery & grapes

    D - Not sure. Probably end up eating cereal
