Just Put in an Offer...eek!
Following the 2nd viewing today, H and I put in an offer for our first home. Soooo anxious to hear back! Buyers are relocating to another country due to job and were supposedly willing to negotiate. I don't know how I'm ever going to get to sleep tonight

Exciting, good luck!!! We put an offer on a house on Tuesday, and we're hoping to hear back by Friday. Banks are so slow....
My nerves are on edge...I even changed my new email ringtone to "Anticipate" to mark the occasion, ha! Our realtor said we should hear back today, hopefully. The seller is out of the country so there is no picking up the phone to give him a call; everything is through email and they're in a different timezone. I think that might be why we might move at a slower pace.
