Put in an offer!
YESS!! My husband and I put our FIRST offer in for our FIRST home. 
Its a short sale (which is ok because we have some time left on our apartment lease). So, it could take up to 6 weeks to hear back from the bank, BUT we had a very strong offer, so everything should go through. We are so incredibly exited!!! Now, we just have to pray itll all work out If not, thats not where we were meant to live. But YAY!!!! I just had to share!

Change weeks to months and that's a little more accurate.
Mine only took 4 weeks though, so you could get lucky.
