Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

One of my single friends emailed us girls that she met a new guy. Another friend is a paralegal and she responded, "well if you know his birthday, I'll do a background check for you." I guess that's more thorough than googling the person

I agree that it is very common in this day and age of the internet and everything sharing their business online. And because there are just shome shady guys out there.
My BFFs used to call me "Super Sleuth" because of the stuff I could dig up on guys they were dating - and I wasn't even running actual background checks (which given my position could be considered illegal). It comes in handy sometimes like when a guy keeps telling your friend that he cannot see her for a week or two because he is working a super secret protective service overseas when in reality he was a laid off mortgage broker living with his girlfriend.
