As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm going to start some cardio kickboxing classes :)
I hope they don't kick my butt too hard! I get four weeks free and a free tshirt, plus a tour of their facility and 15 minutes with the instructor to get the basic moves down.
I'm totally nervous, but I bet it will be fun!

Those were my favorite type of aerobics classes. I always feel like a badass after those type of workouts.
