I'm trying to lose some weight so along with dieting I figured I better get some exercise in there, so last night I did the 'stage one' portion of a Biggest Loser workout DVD that I bought a few years ago, and oh my gosh, this morning my poor thighs feel like jello lol. I did manage to get through the entire 30 minutes without stopping, although there were some moves I just couldn't do all the way yet, but I certainly worked up a sweat and felt proud after I finished.
Has anyone else recently started exercising again and it about killed them? lol

Re: Holy moly exercise
Nice work Xan! It's all about making it a habit!
We joined a gym in October and have been going 3-4 times a week. There are certainly times when neither of us can do much with our arms and legs once we get home!

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermGood for you Xan! Just remember it will get easier. There was a workout video I used to do and when I first started (or if I didn't do it for like a week) I could hardly walk the days after I did it. It lets you know it is working though!
No new fitness routines here yet. We'll see if I can figure something out.
I opted out of exercise, but opted to skip desserts or super fattening snacks (droool; they're delicious!). 2.5lbs down since Jan 1.
Oh, the other half of it is that if I do have an indulgent food I need to do 30mins of cardio. So far we're at day 12 of no indulgent food. LOL. I've figured out how to bargain with myself.
I remember when I started running a few years ago, I would get home from work, run on the treadmill, eat dinner and literally pass out by like 8pm. It tired me so much!!!
But my body has adapted, and yours will too!!! Good job!!
