This is awful and made me cry

Re: This is awful and made me cry
That is absolutely the worst thing I have ever read on any of these sites. I can't imagine.
Awful...
..but, this will be the story the azzholes who are all "you're a bad mother if you send your kid to daycare" will keep C&Ping because she said that she was selfish, money hungry and a bad mother for not staying home with her kid. I'm NOT looking forward to having to hear from those azzholes.

I feel so horrible for her.
I've prosecuted daycare providers before and it is one of the biggest fears I have in having children: I don't trust a lot of people when it comes to children.
Only the first page. I think it's like 9 pages long.
I got throught the first page and saw a very familiar name on there. Is there something else you're referring to?
ETA - She's posting there, but won't come back here (or to FM) to answer our questions.
Oooh I get it now.
omg...how awful. How unbelievably sad!
She is in my prayers poor baby, poor mommy.
I didn't read the whole thread of responses, but tell me no one said that to this poor woman?! Anyone who says that about or to a working mom needs to STFU .
In the OP she is feeling that way towards herself.
No... she started out the entire post saying she put her kid in daycare because she was selfish for wanting money and she was a bad mother.
I'm saying that you know that all the anti-daycare people are going to pull that little story out (to other posters... not this woman) when they're arguing with people that they're selfish and a horrible parent for *gasp* putting their child in a daycare center instead of quitting their job and staying home.

Oh ok, whoever says that or thinks that (someone is selfish or a bad mom) for putting their kid in daycare is a tool. Moms have it hard enough without that crap. I know I'm preaching to the choir here, but still I hate it that there are people out there that say that.
ETA: I think its so sad that she thinks this about herself. oh its just so awful. She is not a bad mom. I am happy to read many responses reassuring her that she did everything right. Poor poor woman. It just breaks my heart.
One of the most horrifying things I've read on here, and one of my biggest nightmares.
And I'll be happy to rip a new one for anyone who uses that as ammunition for the purpose of calling working mothers using daycare selfish or poor parents. I hope you're wrong imoan and no one does, but I'm sure someone will. There are big enough self-important, judgmental tools out there to do it.
The fact that there are MANY morons on this site that say "I don't put my kid in daycare because I LOVE my kid" means that there will at least be one person who uses that sad story to prove their point.
I hate people today. Please ignore me.

That's true...I'm sure there will be. And like I said, I'll be more than happy to rip them a new one. I hate people today too.
And I just saw your post count...nice job on the 20K!
This is awful. My brother lost his 2-month old son in October 2010. Doctors ruled SIDS. They laid him down with his twin sister, and about half an hour later, she started screaming like she never had. When they went in to check on her, Brian wasn't breathing.
I can't imagine what it's like to lose a child. Watching them that weekend while they made arrangements and everything...I really feel for this woman. SIL still struggles with depression and feel like she is to blame.
I want to say something to this Bumpie, but I don't even know what it would be. It's one of the worst things in life, losing a child like that.
