As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I don't know how I did it....
but I ate only 36 grams of carbs today.....I think that means I can have some ice cream for dessert.....
Today is the first day I have actually been under my carb goal.

I had something like this for lunch.....
and something similar to this for dinner. just scaled down and no curry or breadcrumbs....but all thrown in the crockpot.
