I'm in cold, snowy Chicago but looking forward to hanging out with my friends and their baby this weekend. Hoping not to bring the snow back with me.
What are you all up to?
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

Re: Happy Friday!
Tonight headed to my 1st celtics game and 1st NBA game, thanks to my husbands boss for giving us tickets!
I love college basketball and played basketball so looking forward to the game.
I have a 3 day weekend, but it falls in the middle of our quarter close at work, but I'm going to try and enjoy my Monday and going shopping at the Natick Mall and venture out to Wegmans to stock up on some yummy food.
Yes, keep the snow away! And enjoy the baby fix
Tonight I'm a single mom as DH is going to a practice. Tomorrow is going to be pretty laid back. I"m going to a yoga class at the Y on Sunday, and DH is thinking he'll try their Tai Chi class. Other than that, prepping for the contractor who's coming on Monday.
Our little Irish rose came to us on March 5, 2010
Don't drink the water.

Have fun! I've been dragged to plenty of sporting events, but I always really enjoy the Celtics games. Be sure to look out for the Wahlbergs! (I've never seen either of them for some reason, but I did see Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver at a Lakers game once.)
This week has sucked an entire crate of wang, so 5 o'clock cannot get here soon enough. Thank goodness for 3 day weekends. Tomorrow, we're getting a Zipcar and running errands, and then football-a-palooza starts in our house. I'll probably end up watching dvds, cleaning, and reading most of the weekend while my husband watches football. Unless the Patriots lose tomorrow- then I will have a pouty husband to contend with, heh. I think we're going to try (again) to get to the movies on Monday, since The Descendents is still playing at the theater around the corner.
Oh! And the Golden Globes are on Sunday night. They're my favorite of the awards shows, because everyone is drunk and ridiculous. Fingers crossed for a Jon Hamm sighting!
TGIF! I had a crappy start to my day. I took my dog for a walk in the morning and she pooped but then still pooped again an hour later... in my bedroom. Not awesome.
Working from home today and watching the trees outside blowing in the wind. It's crazy! I hope they all stay up.
Just had a bowl of deli turkey and sliced avocado with shredded parm cheese for lunch. I recommend it.
Happy Friday, everyone!
I don't have an awful lot going on this weekend. Tonight should be fairly quiet. Tomorrow, H is going to a bachelor party. I'll probably do some shopping. I need to get some things for the wedding and rehearsal dinner and stuff. Sunday should be nice and quiet... I'm sure H will be plenty tired and hungover!
