Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If a family member won millions in the lottery and even after taxes won, would you expect them to share with you?
There are some family members that I know that would and others that wouldn't.

I agree with Dani 100%. I'd be willing to share with our immediate family, and kind of expect they would do the same. Anyone outside of that it's kind of up in the air, and while I wouldn't necessarily expect it, I certainly wouldn't turn it down!

Would vary. My parents, yes. My sister, probably. DH's parents, i don't know... not until they die, probably. DH's sisters, one yes, one maybe.
DH and I have always said that, if we won the lottery, we'd pay off the mortgage of every one of our immediate family members, and put cash away for our nephew and nieces' colleges. Not sure what else we'd do besides that, but minimally, that.
My parents would in a second, my sister and bil- yes. IL's maybe, BILs- probably not, SIL and BIL- yes.
Other family members I would hope they would share, but don't think they would.
