WW ladies and other dieters

My new favorite mid mornings snack is chobani plain yogurt (2pts) mixed with cut up fresh mango (0 points).  It is so filling and keeps me full till around 12:30 or 1 for only 2 points.  The plain yogurt is kind of tart but I like that and the mango adds some good sweetness.

  • i have greek yogurt for breakfast (currently using kirkland for 3 pts) and mix a ww smoothie (2 pts) into it, plus a banana ...5 point breakfast that keeps me full until lunchtime...and you knock your dairy out for the day...

    i have to say, i love your suggestion of the pear with the wedge of laughing cow blue cheese...sooo yum!

    Isn't it good!?  Hmmmm I'll have to check out the WW smoothie.  I usually  have a light english muffin with a tbsp of PB and half a banana on top for 5 points but a lot of times I get hungry around 10.  I'm hoping that when I go back to work I can last till lunch time.  I'm already planning on keeping a bowl of apples, bananas, and oranges in my office just in case.

  • I like plain Greek yogurt and berries.  I like to use frozen berries over fresh because they make juice when you defrost them.  Everyone at work always thinks I'm eating berries and cream!  My mom likes to used crushed pineapple.  I bet that would be delicious with fresh mango too.
