Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

WW ladies and other dieters
My new favorite mid mornings snack is chobani plain yogurt (2pts) mixed with cut up fresh mango (0 points). It is so filling and keeps me full till around 12:30 or 1 for only 2 points. The plain yogurt is kind of tart but I like that and the mango adds some good sweetness.

i have greek yogurt for breakfast (currently using kirkland for 3 pts) and mix a ww smoothie (2 pts) into it, plus a banana ...5 point breakfast that keeps me full until lunchtime...and you knock your dairy out for the day...
i have to say, i love your suggestion of the pear with the wedge of laughing cow blue cheese...sooo yum!
