What is sportswear attire?
I am going to Secrets Maroma Beach for a vacation I earned through work. Some days we have some seminars and it says attire: sportswear. What is considered sportswear for women?

I want to say that you can wear jeans and sneakers but I'm not 100%.

If you want to be "safe" I would directly ask.
At my company it would mean khaki pants and a nice short sleeved top in most circumstances. Something I could play golf in, do light physical activity, but was still professional.
If I was for sure it was going to be outside and not at a seminar, I would wear khaki or black bermuda length shorts and a nice shirt (likely with a collar) and ballet flats.
