I've been on a quesidilla kick lately and would like to just make them at home to save my

I dont use a recipe unfortunately- I eyeball everything.
I typically dont make this in the winter- but it can be done. Tomatoes are firmer but can be fine for pico-
I usually use a few either vine ripe or roma tomatoes depending on which ones are riper. I slice them into uniform size cubes- do the same with red onion (I prefer red onion but its usually white onion). Cilantro, jalapeno both chopped to taste and some lime juice. Again- no recipe, but its easy to eyeball. dont forget the salt and pepper as well!
