Joann Fabrics Returns for Online Merch
Has anyone successfully returned something you bought online to the store? I know their policy states that they don't do that, just wondering if anyone tried to and succeeded. I bought a Cricut online and tried canceling the order before they shipped it and they said they can't cancel any orders. Now I am stuck with a 21 lb package that I have to pay to ship back to their returns location.

That's what I am wondering. There return policy states that the can't accept online purchases returned to the store. Just wondering if anyone has tried to anyways.
I attempted it and was told that they were seperate companies and it wasn't possible.

That's what I was afraid of. It just really annoys me that they wouldn't let me cancel my order and won't pay for return shipping. Most companies these days are much more accommodating!
Yah, I had pretty terrible customer service with an online order. I ordered fabric and they sent me the wrong thing. They promised me over and over that they would make it right, and I never did end up getting the fabric. I swore I would never order from them again.

What shipping company is it? Can you refuse the shipment? Amazon had me do that for something shipped that I didn't want.
