Isla was given meds to treat a mild case of thrush. As I look online, it looks like I should be treated too since I'm nursing. Is there anything OTC I can do since it's the weekend?

Gentian violet, but Diflucan was the only thing that has ever worked for me (thrush and regular yeast infections). Personally, I would call the on-call doctor to call you in some, but only because I know it was the only thing that works for me, and it works very fast).
It sounds like that may be one of the reason your breasts hurt; thrush can be painful (it sure was for me!).
