Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. How did all you wonderful Juneville ladies do this week on sticking to the goals we set last Sunday?
I worked out 6 times this week. I took off Friday. I kept each day under my calorie count :-) Thursday, I was getting close to I added an extra 45 minute walk before dinner to make sure that I would balance out the food intake!! I am pretty stoked about the first week. I think my body went into shock. On Saturday, I was 175 lbs. I am now 172!! Food, fitness, and no soda...my body doesn't know what to do!

AF kind of ruined my idea of what my week was going to look like.
I did stick to my diet (for the most part) I did cheat and add chocolate to my diet every day. Next week that is not going to be able to happen.
As for my workouts. I did the morning workout a few times, but didn't make it all the way to the gym a single time. Next week is a new start.
