  Yeah, sort of. It's mixed use development, but doesn't make too much sense. I mean, why would a bike shop be on the fifth floor of a building? And really, the bitizens are annoying.

  Thanks to all of you, I have downloaded the game and become slightly obsessed. Although, why the aquarium is on top of the bake shop is a mystery. What happens when you delete a floor?

  It goes back to being an empty floor and you can rebuild what you want in it.

  Are there low-income bitizens?  Do I have to deal with a PHA or housing vouchers?  Do I get federal grants or tax credits?  I am tryingto figure out how I can say I am working once I get my fire...
