Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Smart Meter

I received an email from Maine.gov regarding the Smart Meters and interference with other electronics. Ours was installed middle of December and have noticed issues with my dishnetwork and wireless internet so I am sure others have too. The article explains it and if you have issues to call them so they can re-adjust the meter.

  • interesting.  Our bill varies much more with our smart meter and I hope it's more accurate:-) Although we are still trying to cut down electric use by putting large items on a power strip and shutting down at night.
