Does AC Moore or Michaels sell their starter kits or vinyls?
I cant find anything online in their store.

I have not seen any Silhouette Brand products at the Michaels near me. I'm pretty sure the starter kits are exclusive to online (but I could be wrong about that).
Are you just wanting to get 12" vinyl to use? If so, there are quite a few websites that you can order supplies through. I've used Ohmycrafts.com a few times, and I've heard good things about expressionsvinyl.com.
