XP: Trying to Find the Time

So with having a new baby and working full-time, it's difficult to fit in going to the gym. I was thinking of incorporating an aerobic workout with sex, so that I could be multi-tasking. I know that you can really build core muscles when you use your body as resistance, so I was thinking the reverse cowgirl would be good for abs, but I am having a difficult time deciding what position would best work my thighs, specifically my inner thighs. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  • For abs, I think you should do a yoga plank position... he'll have access to all of your holes, just like the hookers you send him to!

    For thighs, hold a squat and suck his d!ck... oh, wait, you don't do that either... well, you are just destined to be flabby!

    what is with this harsh judgmental reaction? geeze 

     

    are you breastfeeding? if you are i would say just be patient with your body as long as you eat right and take the time to be as active as possable (take the stairs over the elevator  park at the rear of the parking lot so you wallk farther etc...) your body will return to normal in due time

     

    if your not breastfeeding watch fat sick and nearly dead (you can watch it instantly on Netflix) the juice fast is AMAZING and you can easily fit it into your daily life
