Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update to date/test post (LONG)
Sorry ladies, I mostly post during the workweek but I just got a computer.
So, the exam, I do not know about yet. The results were MAILED yesterday, according to the official CFP website.
And the date...yes it went very well! He was a real Southern gentleman, which I liked a lot. I went to the restroom and when I came back he stood up. He walked me to my car and held the door, and then waited until I had left before walking to his truck. We met at the bar in the restaurant and then had a drink and then dinner. I wasn't sure whether to get an appetizer or not and I didn't want to wrack up a huge bill, and was thinking he would want to pay so I didn't order one. The waitress came and he took the initiative and ordered crab cakes for us. He also asked if I liked white or red wine and I like either so he consulted with the waitress for a nice bottle of red and ordered that.
After dinner we went to another place and had a drink. I actually just had water but we chatted more. He is very easy to talk to. He is definitely my type, and we have a lot in common. He's a big guy, he works out a lot and he's about 6'1". I was definitely attracted to him. We talked about a lot of different things that he had done and he asked me a lot of different questions too. He wanted to know about my job and goals. He also asked a little about DS.
He walked me to my car and I gave him a hug and then all of the sudden we were kissing so that was kind of a surprise, but a good one! He was a really good kisser. All in all I get a really good vibe from him. He's very comfortable with himself and confident and that's super important to me. He texted me this morning and said he had a great time and is looking forward to seeing me again. I think we are going to hang out tomorrow afternoon and take our dogs to the beach. P has his visitation with XH so I'll probably do it during that time.
Oh and he's in the coast guard. I found out that he's going to be here at least another two years, but likely another four so that was really good!
Ok so that's the update! I was laughing when I read the paging post because it reminded me of EVERYONE I know who called me and/or texted this morning wanting details!

I know, right??? I was on pins and needles waiting until our mail was delivered at work and started freaking out until I realized it wasn't there. And MOnday is a holiday so that delays it even more. However, they WILL be available online at the end of the week and they'll let us know when they've finally posted. The waiting game sucks!
Yes, he's from match. He just joined about three weeks ago, about the same time I did. His buddies wives in the coast guard got him to do it and he said he was really glad he did
