  Didn't stay at a hotel, but my cousin stays at one right across from the park.  I believe it is the Sheraton.

  we stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bensalem, PA.  it was maybe 10 mins away.  it seemed half the people there were from Sesame.  it didnt have transportation to the park, but it was like $50-75 less a night.  it had restaurants nearby too.  it was nice and clean.  it had a pool, but we didnt use it.  and i think the restaurant had a kids eat free offer, but the food didnt look appealing so we ate at a nearby restuarant. nothing special but just enough.

  We stayed at the Ramada in Levittown, PA. We got it through Hotwire, so I didn't know it until after we booked.  It was fine for us and had a decent free breakfast, pool, It was about 10 mintues from SP. I think next we go we will just stay across the street.
