Vinyl Stick On Borders
I ordered vinyl stick up borders and MOST of it is staying up really well, but there are some parts of it that are coming off the wall. I can't paint/use real wallpaper because of the building rules - does anyone have any advice on how to keep it UP?

If it's not totally smooth or if the wall is dirty, it may not stay stuck. Wash the walls off and allow them to dry completely before reapplying the vinyl. Don't peel off anymore than you have to, it will make the vinyl less sticky.
