Runners...
I know a lot of you are runners on here, since I check in from time to time. I'm trying to get into it but was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on some good running shoes?? Also, what are some good 5Ks (got to start small) in the JAX area? I need something to get me motivated! Thanks and hope everyone is having a good 2012 so far!

Hi & welcome! I would go to 1st Place Sports or Jacksonvilld Running Company & get fitted for shoes. They'll analyze your feet & show you pairs that fit your needs.
1st Place Sports' website has a race calendar on it.... http://www.1stplacesports.com that encompasses pretty much all the races in Jax.
