Baby Eczema
Does anyone have any tips for helping my baby with his eczema. He had a few spots now and then but lately it is getting worse. His entire back is now covered. I feel so bad!

I totally understand...my little guy gets eczema too. We bathe him in mild soapy water, everyother day in winter. You can use aquaphor bathing soap and we lather him in aquaphor after the bath. if they are super bad, we put a little a and d on the spots. It does the trick for us.
